Terms of use
These terms govern your use of outer-heaven.com, operated by Outer Core OÜ (Estonia). Our penetration-testing services are provided under a separate written engagement agreement. Nothing on this website is that agreement, or an offer to enter one.

Who we are
This site is operated by Outer Core OÜ, an Estonian company (registration number 17259371, registered office Tartu, Estonia). "Outer Heaven" and "Outer Core" are trademarks of Outer Core OÜ.
Using this website
You may read and share this site for lawful purposes. You may not copy it wholesale, pass it off as your own, or use it to break the law. Do not attempt to disrupt or attack the site. If you find a genuine security issue, we would rather hear about it: email security@outer-heaven.com.
Our content
The text, design, and marks on this site belong to Outer Core OÜ unless stated otherwise. Certification logos belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify the credentials our testers hold.
No warranty on website content
We work to keep this site accurate, but it is provided as is, for information. It is not security, legal, or compliance advice, it does not create a contract, and it does not guarantee any outcome. Figures and dashboards shown as examples use sample content unless we clearly say otherwise.
Services are contracted separately
Scope, price, deliverables, confidentiality, authorisation, and liability for any penetration test are set out in the engagement agreement we sign with you before work begins. If anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement governs.
Links to other sites
We link to our own product at core.outer-heaven.com and, occasionally, to third parties. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Outer Core OÜ is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Estonia, with the Harju County Court (Tallinn) as the court of first instance.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
